Ryo Bando joined DeNA in 2003. After working in advertising sales and as a consultant for the online solution business, he launched "Everybody's Wedding" and led the business until its spin-out. Later, he served as the head of the Social Game Business Planning Office, director of PAYGENT, head of the Incubation Business Department, and director of SHOWROOM. In October 2019, he moved to Delight Ventures, where he is responsible for creating and developing new businesses and startups as the head of Venture Builder.
