After working for several companies, including the New York office of Ernst & Young and Corporate Directions, Inc., Takashi Tsujiguchi joined DeNA in 2010, focusing on M&A and PMI for US companies as an expatriate in San Fransisco. After returning to Japan, he was in charge of venture investment and M&A at the Venture Investment Office, then joined Delight Ventures in October 2021. In Delight Ventures, he acts as chief executive of finance, accounting, and legal affairs. He passed the Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Administrative Scrivener exams. He graduated from Doshisha University in the Faculty of Economics and received an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University.
