Natsuki Arii graduated from The University of Tokyo, faculty of Economics in 2020 and joined Nomura Securities. As a securities analyst, She was responsible for research on IPO, working on projects across a wide range of industries. Additionally, She handled analysis and reporting on the ESG management and corporate value evaluation of publicly listed companies. In 2023, She joined Delight Ventures. She’s engaged in sourcing/due diligence of startups spanning various areas, from sustainability and deep tech to addressing societal issues and offering new value propositions. She is also is also involved in the implementation of ESG management in startups and VC.
