Naoya Shibahara graduated from University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 2017, and joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he experienced wide range of projects including business strategy, BPR, and system implementation. He later joined Accenture-Strategy in 2020 and was engaged in business-strategy, due diligence of deep-tech business, and business evaluation from ESG perspective (TCFD/TNFD). In 2023, he joined Delight Ventures and was promoted to principal in 2024. He is focusing on sustainability, and has executed multiple investments in variety of fields including climate, cell therapy, synthetic biology, rural regeneration and DX of legacy industries.
