Kaoru Tsurumi began her career at an ad tech vendor working in public relations, marketing, agency sales and advertising consulting. In 2015 she joined Supership Inc. which is subsidiary of KDDI. After Working in marketing and direction for toC services, she moved to HR division. As a recruiter and business partner for multiple group companies in Supership Holdings, she led mid-career recruitment, organizational development, evaluation system design, and post-M&A PMI work. She joined Delight Ventures in 2024. She is engaging in hands-on HR support for portfolio companies, career support for DeNA alumni.
